Follow the below steps to apply online for Nativity Certificate in Kerala.

Nativity Certificate Kerala Apply Online

  • Choose the Edistrict Register No. of person for whom the application is required.

  • Select the Certificate type as "Nativity"

  • Select the purpose of certificate and other relevant details.

  • Click on Save.

  • Upload the supporting documents. Only PDF files can be attached. Maximum size of PDF is 100KB per page.

  • Make the required payment.

  • Once payment is made, the applicant will be redirected to the receipt page. Take print out of this receipt and application for future purpose.

Documents Required for Nativity Certificate

  • Application in prescribed format with court fee of Rs. 5

  • Birth Certificate

  • Ration Card

  • School leaving certificates of Parents
