Sakala Act empowers its citizens to raise Appeal against delay or rejection using 15 digit GSC number. When an Appeal is disposed simultaneously a order is provided as appeal order which contains directions related to disposed Appeal case.

After uploading documents and aadhar authentication, without showing the acknowledgement page, it switches back to login page again. I have tried several times from chrome and IE. In chrome, it saying some security issues, but in IE no errors but it simply going to login again.10 times filling the entire application is painful. Why it is not saving the entered details? Answered on November 30,2021Khata transfer applied online through Sakala 19 Sep 2021, application status says Approved and Remarks mentioned as Khata certificate and Extract Issued, but only uthara patra uploaded in place of both Khata Certificate and Khata Extract, when approached local BBMP office, no Khata Certificate or Extract is ready, they have asked me to approach next week with all the relevant documents again, unable to appeal in Sakala Portal for the GSC number. How to proceed?
