Please note that the very first point of terms and conditions to be eligible for the compensation as per federal decree law No. 13 of 2022 and UAE cabinet resolution No.97 of 2022 concerning the unemployment insurance scheme is to have a minimum of 12 consecutive months of subscription. which means to complete 12 months from the subscription date.
