I was buying the monthly toll pass.Money got deducted from my account and website didn’t show any confirmation. What to do?

In case of an unsuccessful transaction (pass not issued), refund will be initiated into the original mode of payment in maximum 7-10 working days (depends on the mode of payment). In such cases, you need to initiate the recharge again to avail the Local/Monthly Pass facility given the concerned Fee Plaza. Any amount deducted before the activation of the monthly pass is legit & non-refundable.

In case the above timeline is already crossed and you have not received the refund then you are requested to please raise the transaction dispute with the Payment Instrument used for recharge (Bank/UPI) and they will help you out for the refund process.
