If you belongs to Vokkaliga community and residing in Rural area as per central list it's OBC so you can apply for OBC @ relevant Thahasildhar Office. 

If you are residing in cities like Bengaluru you can't apply for OBC as Volkaligas those who are residing in cities not comes under OBC as per central list so better you can apply for 3A caste certificate at Thahasildhar Office in your city respect to your residing address. 

 

Note : OBC 27% Reservation of seats

                3A 4% Reservation of sests
