Yes. You have to renew the OBC for every year of April 1st  But in your case you can use the same upto April 12 of 2024. No issues.

OBC certificate is valid from 1st April to 31st March of the subsequent year. Better you apply on 1st April, 2024 which will be valid till 31st March, 2025.
