I have fastag (nhai wallet).The balance is Rs 1400. But for the last 6 months, it is blacklisted.I lodged complaints to customer care so many times. But it is still blacklisted?

  I have sufficient balance in my fastag account. But in tolls, the scanner said my fast tag account is invalid or blacklisted. But the tollgate people manually take my toll amount from there computer and then open the gate and permit to go. The toll amount was deducted from my account.   I bought second hand car and already ownership transfer done and Mparivahan portal show now i am the owner. Now i need to apply for fastag , in my bank.   I applied for a new Fastag from the bank , right now it is showing as Active (not Blacklisted) in their website but did not received a physical card yet and said it will take 10 working days to receive physical but i got a requirement to travel immediately. so in this case , can i purchase instant fastag at toll plaza and start using? can i deactivate bank issued Fastag once i received it?
