Contact the Booth Level Officer of the concerned booth and enquire whether such an application has reached there for the report. Or enquire in the Election section of the Taluk Office within the limits of that Taluk. Enquire whether such an application has been received in the Election Department.
So if an application has not been received there till now, better to submit a new application online again.
