Eligibility Criteria

  1. Passport
  2. Visa should be cancelled
  3. Min 2 yrs in abroad
  4. Within 10 yrs in India
  5. Annual Income less than 1.5 lakh

Documents Required

  1. Passport
  2. Ration Card
  3. Income Certificate(1.5 Lakh)
  4. Medical certificate
  5. Medical bills
