If you had found out about this when the draft electoral roll was published, then you could have applied online and get your name listed in voter list. Now your name cannot be included in the voter list for upcoming loksabha election as the last date to include name was on March 26.
Election Commission of India runs special summary revision on January 1 , July 1 every year. You can apply for Voter ID then.
