You can only fetch the Vehicle RC and Insurance by entering the requisite details.
If records are updates at mparivahan you will be able to see the same in digilocker.
Also, please visit the Insurance and banking section and select the insurance company provider, Enter requisite details and fetch digital copy of your vehicle insurance.
