1.Marks card will be sent to concerned polytechnics after announcing the results of valuation and revaluation of that Semester Examination.

2. Students Should send the application requesting for their marks cards through principal after ninety working days from the date of announcing the valuation and revaluation result.

3. Board of Examination should send the marks cards to concerned polytechnic with in thirty working days from the date of receiving the application for marks card
