Fee/Charges to be paid to get the service

1. Rs 50 for already issued marks card.

2. Rs 150 for New marks card.

3. Consolidated marks card will be Issued only for 3rd year and that to for yearly scheme students only. Those students should submit the prescribed application and fee of Rs 100 for each marks card to the principal of their polytechnic

Whom to approach as a appeal (Competent Officer), if the service is not delivered in time or rejected by officer Joint Director (Exams),DTE
Maximum number of days to wait to get the decision of the Competent Officer 7 Working Days
Whom to approach as 2nd appeal (Appellate Authority), if the decision of the Competent officer is not acceptable or not implemented? Director, DTE
