How can I correct the date of birth on a voter ID card?

- Visit http://www.nvsp.in/
- Scroll to the section “Correction of entries in electoral roll”.
- Click on Form 8.
- Make sure you have your voter card with you to help fill up the form.
- After filling up the entire form click “Submit” and you ll get a confirmation.
- In the next voter list you ll see the updated information.
Note: The correction can only be made if your name exists in the voters list.
