How can I correct the date of birth on a voter ID card?

  1. Visit http://www.nvsp.in/
  2. Scroll to the section “Correction of entries in electoral roll”.
  3. Click on Form 8.
  4. Make sure you have your voter card with you to help fill up the form.
  5. After filling up the entire form click “Submit” and you ll get a confirmation.
  6. In the next voter list you ll see the updated information.

Note: The correction can only be made if your name exists in the voters list.
