How an NRI can register with digilocker without Indian phone number?

It is to inform you that DigiLocker account can be opened through Indian mobile number in India only.
If you are using Indian mobile number and you are in somewhere outside from India, then you will not be able to get OTP on your Indian mobile number because of time zone factor.
Also, please note that DigiLocker is created in such a way that it will accept only 10 digits of Indian mobile number. Other country's mobile number is not acceptable at all in current scenario.
