Please note that for the time being, employees working in the Federal government, ( Private sector holding active labour card from MOHRE ) / free zones/immigration visa and semi-government are required to subscribe to the Involuntary Loss of Employment scheme (ILOE) to avoid fines and penalties as per the federal decree law No.13 of 2022 and the UAE cabinet resolution No.97 of 2022.
