You can drive your vehicle in Hyderabad. However, you need to complete the following things.
- Change address in RC book to new address in Hyderabad, within 30 days of coming to Hyderabad.
- Pay road tax in Telangana.
- If you are planning to stay in Hyderabad for more than 12 months, then you need to get your vehicle re-registered in Telangana with TS number plate.
- Claim the tax paid in Andhra Pradesh.

I got the RC No Objection Certificate for the two vehicles from the respective state registering authorities. But I didn't register it in Kerala. In 2017, I shifted to Hyderabad. I am planning to have my both vehicles registered in Telangana. Can you please help me with this case, as the original registering authorities are asking for a NUC (No Utilization Certificate) from Trivandrum RTO. How to do it without traveling to Kerala? Is there an online process for it?

I even paid road tax in Hyderabad, but not re-registered the vehicle as there was no proper address proof with me. Later, when I tried to register, they said it can't be registered as NOC got expired. Now, wanted to scrap the vehicle as I am not using it anymore.
