The program is open with an aim to all students studying in class 8 or above across Kerala.  This includes School, ITI ,Arts and Science, Polytechnic, Medical and Engineering students and also students undertaking research in academics, Research and other institutions. The lower age limit shall be 13 and the upper age limit is 35 years. The students undertaking research in the institutions managed by ICAR , the upper age limit shall be 37 years.
