Children's City:

• Apply for the service through the website.

• Specify the requested reservation date.

• Pay the due fees online or upon visiting the facility on the reservation day.

• Receive an email confirming the reservation.

Dubai Frame:

• Apply for the service through the Dubai frame website or through Dubai Municipality unified App.

• Receive an email confirming the reservation.

• Pay the due fees online or upon visiting the facility on the reservation day.

Public Parks and qur’anic park: 

• Send a request with full information about the visit  through email (DMPARKS@dm.gov.ae) .

• Receive an email confirming the reservation.

• Children's City:

  • Instantly for individuals

  • 1 working day for groups.

• Public Parks: Instantly for individuals.

• Specialized Parks:

  • Instantly for individuals

  • 3 working days for groups.

Fees Required for a group to visit the public parks and recreational facilities

Entry for people of determination in all facilities: 

• People of determination with 2 companions: Free

Groups

Children's City:

• Schools: One group of minimum 20 people: AED 5 per person with 2 teachers for free

• Private groups: AED 10 per person with 1 companion for free

• Family tickets: AED 40 for 2 adults and 2 children.

• Adult Ticket AED  15 

• Kids Ticket AED 10  

Specialized Parks:

Dubai Fram:

• Ticket price for all educational institutions: AED 20 for children between 3 and 12 years, and AED 30 for adults

• The ticket price does not include the 5% VAT calculated automatically according to the law

• Free entrance for (1) supervisor with every 10 students 

Quranic Park: Free

Cave and Glass House: AED 10.
