How to apply for a vehicle Non-Ownership Certificate in Dubai?

Through RTA Website

• The customer logs in using his username and the password.

• The customer selects Licensing Services.

• The customer selects My vehicles (more).

• The customer enters the required information.

• The customer settles the required fees by credit card.

• The customer receives the certificate electronically.

Through Self Service Machines

• The customer selects online services.

• The customer selects the service and enters the traffic file number.

• The customer receives the certificate from the printer of the Self Service Machines.

• +20 AED Knowledge and Innovation fees.

Terms and Conditions

• The customer or the legal representative must be present in person.

• The customer is required to settle all the traffic fines before receiving this service.
