How to get ST Certificate in Itanagar?

Any ST citizen of Itanagar can apply for an ST Certificate.

Documents Required

The following documents are required to apply for ST Certificate in Itanagar.

  • Verification document from GB/HGB and Admin Officer

  • Attested copy of Land Allotment Passbook (Urban) of Father/ Guardian corresponding to Present Address Or

  • Attested copy of Land Possession Certificate (Rural) of Father/ Guardian corresponding to Present Address

  • Passport-sized Coloured Photo

Apply Online for ST Certificate

Follow the below steps to apply online for ST Certificate in Itanagar. 

  • Visit Government of Arunachal Pradesh E-services portal.

  • Login into the e-services portal by entering the valid email id and password.

  • If you are a new user, then create an account by selecting the “Don't have an account? Register HERE” option.

  • Fill the required details for registering on the website.

  • After successful login, look for “Apply for services” on the left side.

  • Select “View all available services” option.

  • Now you can see a list of services.

  • Select “Application for Issuing of ST certificate” option.

  • Now the application form page will appear. Select the office where the application has to process.

  • Fill the application details and select the “I agree” option as a declaration.

  • Enter additional details and click on “Submit”.

  • Upon submission, the applicant will receive an Application Reference Number as the confirmation of submission.

Apply Offline

Follow the below steps to apply offline for ST Certificate in Itanagar. 

  • Visit the Deputy Commissioner office of your district.

  • Fill the application form.

  • Submit the required documents. 

Track Status

Follow the below steps to track the status of ST Certificate in Itanagar. 

  • Login to Government of Arunachal Pradesh E-services portal.

  • Click on View Status of Application.

  • Select "From Date" and "To Date".

  • Enter the Application  Reference Number to track the status of ST Certificate.

Download ST Certificate

Follow the below steps to download ST Certificate in Itanagar. 

  • Visit Government of Arunachal Pradesh E-services portal.

  • Click on "Verify Your Certificate".

  • Enter the Application Reference Number and Token Number available at the bottom of the certificate.
