This service enables you to obtain a permit to place advertisement billboards on buildings rooftops and facades or within lands overlooking the streets, after ensuring their structural and architectural integrity and their conformity with the approved engineering standards.

Architectural drawings including the billboard's facade and sections, its location and the lighting used.

Billboard's structural drawings including all details and structural base.
How to request for Structural License for (Roof/Pole) Advertisement in Dubai?

Login to Dubai Building Permits System - Dubai BPS.

Apply for the service and upload the required documents.

Check Dubai Municipality's reply (Approved/Rejected/To be Amended or Completed).

Pay the due fees.

Receive the permit through Dubai Municipality website.

This permit is valid for a 6 months from the date of its issuance until the commencement of works, and it's renewable.

To apply for this service you should obtain an approval from the City Beautification and Public Projects Department, Advertising Section (Dubai Municipality).

This permit does not entitle you to install the advertising material before obtaining the final permit from the City Beautification and Public Projects Department, Advertising Section.
