• Initial approval (in the absence of a trade license).

How to apply for rental of Dubai Municipality Properties and Spaces?

• Login to Dubai Municipality website.

• Apply for the service through the Dubai Municipality website.

• Receive Dubai Municipality's response (Approved/Rejected/To be Amended or Completed) within 1 day.

• Pay the due fees.

• Receive the official lease contract from the Markets Service Unit.

• Lease Application Fees: The service is Free.

• Lease contract fees: are determined by the committee based on each market.

   Security Deposit for first-time contracts (Recoverable): 10% of the contract value.

   Service Charges: 2.5% to 25%, based on each market.

  Knowledge and Innovation Fees: AED 20.

• VAT: 5% from the overall value (Lease contract fees+ Service Charges).
