Login to Dubai Municipality website (divert or disconnect).

Check Dubai Municipality's reply (Approved/Rejected) with the site inspection date.

Meet Dubai Municipality's employee to inspect the specified location.

Pay the due fees.

Receive a notification of the application completion and closure.
Time Required

Divert sewerage or storm water line: 30 days up to 1 year maximum.

Disconnect divert sewerage or storm water lines: 30 working days.
Fees Required

Contract values (for Dubai Municipality contracts) + 25% supervision fees

Knowledge and Innovation Fees: AED 20.
Terms and Conditions

It is mandatory to apply for the disconnection or diversion of sewerage and storm water line during the construction of buildings. The application must be submitted by building and construction contractors or consultants or landlords.

The diversion service is carried out exclusively by Dubai Municipality contractors, and in exceptional cases, DM approved contractors under the supervision of the municipality
