This service enables you to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to demolish any building located in the historic areas, or to remove the word "historical" from its affection plan.
Documents Required
- Photos of the building's interior and exterior.

Login to Dubai Municipality website.

Apply for the service.

Receive Dubai Municipality's response through the website (Approved/Rejected/To be Amended or Completed).

Pay the due fees within 3 working days.

Receive the permit through the website.
Time Required
- Within 3 hours after paying fees.
Fees Required

Demolition: AED 100
-
Delist: AED 100.
- Knowledge and Innovation Fees: AED 20
Terms & Conditions

You cannot start any demolition works before obtaining the approval from the Building Permits Department and consulting with the Architectural Heritage and Antiquities Department.

The application is cancelled if due fees were not paid within 3 working days.
