How to apply for renewing a Construction License in Dubai?

This service enables you to renew previously issued building permits (for all types of projects) in case of suspension or delay in starting of construction works for 6 consecutive months, and the renewal is requested before the end of this period.

How to apply for renewing a Construction License in Dubai?

• Login to the Dubai Municipality website, Dubai Building Permit System.

• Apply for the service.

• Check Dubai Municipality's reply (Approved/Rejected/Consultant for Review (CFR)).

• Pay your due fees.

• Receive the building permit through Dubai BPS.

Fees Required

• Building permit renewal for an additional 6 months: 10% of the total fees paid upon issuing the original building permit.

• Knowledge and Innovation Fees:  AED 20.
