This service enables you to obtain a permit to build a permanent fence on a land with boundary lines such as a farm, and it includes architectural and structural drawings.

How to Permit Request for Boundary Wall/Fence in Dubai?

• Login to Dubai Building Permits System - Dubai BPS.

• Apply for the service and upload the required documents.

• Pay the due fee (when applying for a second time).

• Check Dubai Municipality's reply (Approved/Rejected/To be Amended or Completed).

• Pay the due fees and security deposits.

• Receive the permit through Dubai Municipality website.

Application Fees:

• Free for the first time, then for every application:

  • Private villas: AED 100

  • Investment villas: AED 200

  • Industrial and public facilities: AED 250

  • Multi-story buildings (up to 7 floors): AED 200

  • Multi-story buildings (exceeding 7 floors): AED 250

  • Floor area ratio: AED 250.

Permit Fees:

• A minimum of AED 500 (for all types of buildings) and the permit fees are calculated as follows:

  • 10 fils per linear foot (for external concrete fences).

• Knowledge and Innovation Fees: AED

• The permit is valid for a period of 6 months from its issuance date.
