DigiLocker is a digital locker to store all your documents. Sometimes, you might have encountered any of the following issues with Digilocker.
Documents uploaded by you to Digilocker might be missing
Issued documents might be missing

You might not be able to login or signup to Digilocker
OTP might not be coming

Not able to login to Digilocker as OTP is going to my old registered mobile
Kindly try the following steps to login via Aadhaar OTP and update your Digilocker linked mobile number:
1. Kindly visit Digilocker website and click on Sign In
2. Enter your Aadhaar number and security PIN and then click "Sign In"
3. Go to the bottom of the page and click on "Try using Aadhaar OTP instead!". This will send the OTP to your Aadhaar-registered mobile number
4. Enter the OTP sent to you by UIDAI and Captcha text and click "Submit"
5. You will be logged in successfully, After logging in go to the profile section and edit your mobile number by clicking on the pencil icon beside mobile number
6. Enter your new mobile number and click "Submit". OTP will be sent to your new mobile number.
After successful verification, your DigiLocker mobile number will be updated.
Unable to fetch my driving license in the Digilocker app
Kindly check the status of your DL on National Register, please visit Parivahan website
If your DL records exists in the National Register, only then DigiLocker will be able to get it for you.
International students not able to access their CBSE Class X and XII mark sheets and certificates
DigiLocker has made various arrangements for foreign students of CBSE Class X & XII to easily access their mark sheets and certificates this year.
CBSE-2022 students outside India can access their digital marksheets and certificates in the following three ways via DigiLocker:
Option 1:By visiting the portal https://results.digilocker.gov.in/
Option 2:Through face verification https://cbse.digitallocker.gov.in/public/intl/getcertificate/
Option 3:By sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “International Student CBSE-20XY” (XY is the last 2 digits of the year. Eg: 2023, 2024)

Documents in DigiLocker are made available from the issuer's database directly. Please check the description text whether the issuer is issuing the certificate/mark sheet for particular year.

Try Digilocker website
If you encountered issues with the Digilocker app, then you can try logging into your account on the Digilocker website.
Check whether the same error occurs on the website as well. Similarly, if you face an issue with Digilocker website, try logging into on the Digilocker app.
Update Digilocker App
If there are some issues with the display of the certificate, you can update the Digilocker app.
Check the social media handles
Digilocker team is active in answering citizens’ queries on various social media platforms. You can check their profile to see if your query is already answered. You can also see the queries answered by Digilocker on the Q&A platform Tesz as well. Queries answered on Tesz are available here.
Wait for sometime
At the times of Class X and XII results, you are advised to wait a little longer as the system will be handling a peak load this time.
Raise the issue on the Digilocker website
If the issue still persists then you can raise a service request regarding the issue on Digilocker website.
Visit the Digilocker Support page.
Fill in your name, email and mobile number.
In the Need Help section, select “Digilocker”.
In Sub Category, you can select the specific issue from the drop down.
In Sub Category 2, you can specify the exact issue.
