I have forgotten the pin to my Digilocker account and also I don't have the mobile number which is linked to my Digilocker account and my mobile linked to Digilocker account is the same as mobile linked to aadhar. How can I recover my account?

  I have digilocker account linked with aadhar no but when I try to fetch up my documents from national institute of open schooling, it shows you can not fetch up this document. Please link your aadhar. When I try to link aadhar it shows your aadhar is already linked. Kindly resolve this issue.
