• The service is not provided on time during rainy days and the cleaning days that follow.

• The service is not provided on time in emergency situations.

• If you miss Dubai Municipality employee's phone call, you will not be able to receive the service.

• To apply for the service, the house must be owned by its residents, and located in areas of Dubai that are not connected to the public sewage network.

• The owner of the house required to be a citizen, and that it is located in an area not covered by the services of the public sewage network in the Emirate of Dubai.

• It only takes 15 to 20 minutes to withdraw one load of sewer water from the cesspits, due to the use of perfusion tankers equipped with advanced pumps that withdraw large quantities within a short period of time.

• In case of any comments or complaints, please call the toll free number 800 900.

• In case the Septic Tank is far more than (15 meter), the customer must provide the suitable pipes.

• The customer has the right to request the service again after 3 working days of providing the service to him.

• The home site has to be suitable for the tanker entry, and if this is not possible, the notification will be closed, bearing in mind that communication with the concerned authorities is the responsibility of the customer.
