Fees Required to apply for chalet rental in Al-Mamzar Park in Dubai

  • Large chalet for 12 people: AED 200/day (Add 5% VAT)

  • Small chalet for 8 people: AED 150/day (Add 5% VAT)

  • Chalet insurance deposit: AED 500 (Add 5% VAT)

  • Knowledge and Innovation Fees: AED 20

Terms and Conditions

  • The chalet rent does not include the park entrance fees.

  • You can rent a chalet for an entire day during weekdays, as follows:

    • Daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

    • Mondays and Wednesdays are reserved for women and children (except for the Holy month of Ramadan, and public holidays)

    • The same schedule applies during the Holy Month of Ramadan from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

  • Boys of age 6 and below are allowed to enter on ladies' day.

  • Each tenant is allowed to only 1 parking spot in the chalet parking area.

  • Small chalets are for up to 8 people, and large chalets for up to 12.

  • The management reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the chalets were used by non-families.
