This service enables you to obtain the needed information to advertise inside and outside the Metro.
Eligibility Criteria
Individual customers and companies are eligible to apply for this service.
Documents Required
For details about the required documents, the customer may contact Hypermedia, a partner authorised by RTA for Metro advertising, through info@hypermedia.ae or 8004600. The customer may also send an email to investor.support@rta.ae.
How to advertise on Dubai Metro?

The customer sends the required documents via email to RTA.

RTA connects the customer with Hypermedia (Metro media concession partner).

Hypermedia negotiates the terms of the contract with the customer and they sign it.

The customer settles the required fees to Hypermedia.

Hypermedia executes the media plan.
Fees Required
- Service fees vary according to the type of the advertisement and its size.
Time Required
- 10 days.
Validity
This service has no validity.
