  2. Register name confirming to MCA rules
  3. Draft Partnership Deed to define the terms and conditions of partnership
  4. File an application with  Registrar of Companies (RoC) for Certificate of Incorporation

  2.        Get DIN for all Designated Partners
  3.        File Form -1 for Name Approval
  4.        File Form -2 for Incorporation
  5.        File Form -3 for LLP Agreement
