It depends on type of company you need to register - Private Limited, One Person Company, LLP etc. Normally , steps involved are as follows.

  • Arrange basic documents of Directors
  • Apply for DSC (Digital Signature) of Directors
  • Prepare MOA, AOA & other Legal documents
  • File INC 29 or Incorporation Docs with ROC
  • Get your Company Incorporation Certificate

  1. Decide your business structure
  2. Choose a good company name
  3. Decide about company office address
  4. Collect the details and documents needed
  5. Apply for DIN (Director Identification Number)
  6. Apply for DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
  7. Write down the main business activity
  8. Search availability of company name in Govt. Database
  9. Draft Memorandum and Aritcles of Association
  10. File the incorporation documents with RoC/MCA
  11. Apply for PAN card
  12. Open Company's Bank Account
