• Valid ration card with present address
• Election ID card with present address
• Aadhaar card
• Phone bill,Water bill,Electricity bill with current address
• Gas connection
• Bank passport
• Rental agreement if staying in a rented house
• Parent's passport
Copy of any of the following documents can be submitted as age proof
• Birth certificate
• School leaving certificate/ Secondary school leaving certificate
• Affidavit signed before a magistrate stating the date of birth
