Government of Karnataka . Answered on September 14,2021Regarding BBMP khata transfer, application has been submitted and the status in the sakala website shows "Documents verified". But I am not receiving any sms for each stage as mentioned in sakala FAQs. I have checked the acknowledgment slip and my phone number details are correctly provided. What could be the reason of not receiving sms ? Since i am not receiving sms status update, how will I know when is the time to pay the fees and Bangalore One center?

Answered on October 30,2021I bought a flat in Bangalore applied for a khata transfer through Sakala website on 19th Aug 2021, its been more than 2 months the application is stuck at pending state fees details are not uploaded in Bangalore one and no sms is received. Everytime I call sakala support they give same status - check after 2-3 days. Finally, I mailed them and they send me a reply that sakala portal is down for last 1 month and no khata transfer is done. Is there another way of doing khata transfer?

Answered on November 30,2021Khata transfer applied online through Sakala 19 Sep 2021, application status says Approved and Remarks mentioned as Khata certificate and Extract Issued, but only uthara patra uploaded in place of both Khata Certificate and Khata Extract, when approached local BBMP office, no Khata Certificate or Extract is ready, they have asked me to approach next week with all the relevant documents again, unable to appeal in Sakala Portal for the GSC number. How to proceed?

Government of Karnataka . Answered on December 09,2021Application for khata transfer of a property in Yelahanka was submitted through Bangalore One on 10.08.2021. Khata transfer is approved as per SMS message received on 8.9.2021. I went to Bangalore One to pay khata transfer fees. After feeding my GSC number they are getting response as "technical error''. Same reply is coming from other Bangalore One offices also. BBMP is unaware of this. Bangalore one server is ok as others are able to pay khata transfer fees. What to do next?
