On standard cases the documents submitted by you online will be verified by officer within first 15 working days and system in “Bangalore One” shall allow you for 2% payment of stamp duty charges. Kindly visit nearest Bangalore one office and verify for the same. Usually when online status changes to “Documents Verified” it is an indication that 2% payment can be initiated through Bangalore One.

The lead time for Khata transfer is 30 working days
Khata application process through following status

| Khata certificate & extract uploaded | 7 days |
Upon the approval of khata application, pay khata fee in nearest Bangaloreone center.
If the khata status is not leveled even after 30 working days from the day of filing application, contact the sakala customer care 080-44554455 for escalation.

Government of Karnataka . Answered on September 14,2021Regarding BBMP khata transfer, application has been submitted and the status in the sakala website shows "Documents verified". But I am not receiving any sms for each stage as mentioned in sakala FAQs. I have checked the acknowledgment slip and my phone number details are correctly provided. I had purchased a flat in a apartment at vishweshwara Niagara Mysore during 2015 and got Katha changed to my name and was paying property tax regularly at Mysore one office at Jayanagara. Since corona lockdown this year I tried to pay property tax by online I came to know that even though katha changed to my name it was not registered in office file . I once again submitted my sale deed copy and katha verification issued by commissioner to Mysore one office and requested to rectify correct it on August 2021 . Even today office clerk not doing it What can I do to get my work done?

Government of Karnataka . Answered on December 09,2021Application for khata transfer of a property in Yelahanka was submitted through Bangalore One on 10.08.2021. Khata transfer is approved as per SMS message received on 8.9.2021. I went to Bangalore One to pay khata transfer fees. After feeding my GSC number they are getting response as "technical error''. Same reply is coming from other Bangalore One offices also. BBMP is unaware of this. Bangalore one server is ok as others are able to pay khata transfer fees. What to do next?
