Better go to Income Tax website and apply for new pan using your aadhaar and mobile linked to aadhaar. you can get in one day. aadhaar also is automatically linked to the new pan. submit the same in bank, etc. where you have earlier submitted the same & relax.

You can check your exact PAN card details by following the below steps.
- Login to Income Tax website.
- Click on "Profile Settings".
- Select "My Profile".
- Click on Pan Details to see how your details are entered in PAN database. The name of assessee is mentioned there in this format: <First name> <middle optional> <Last name>.
