My daughter has SEBC certificate without non creamy layer certificate. Which catagory I should choose for admission in acpc website?

As I understand, SEBC Certificate for the purpose attracting reservation is linked with "NON CREAMY LAYER CERTIFICATE."

So, if one is not having "NCLC" , may not be entitled for admission against reserved quota of SEBC
