Not necessary. You will get a new one of your caste in OBC list of TN.

No; wait for their response. then a new link will be created inside your old login where you can upload what they ask for.

If nothing is asked for, then you are lucky. go ahead and download your certificate.

Now and then, check here: https://tnedistrict.tn.gov.in/eda/

on the top right, input your ack no starting with TN-XXXXXXXXXXXXX and check the status.
