Yes. All these scheme are the same. But the scheme is commonly called as Ayushman Bharat scheme.

Also, this scheme is formed by including multiple schemes such as Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana, Senior citizen health Insurance Scheme (SCHIS), etc.
