I have been trying to make an account on digilocker since today morning. When I reach the set username page it shows something went wrong everytime. I have tried to do this 4 times, each time I got an otp , and they said my account has been created but I am still not able to make my account. What can I do ?

  I changed my mobile and installed Digilocker app. When logined, my account Digilocker shows "Aadhaar number already registered with DigiLocker. You can access your account using your credentials. What do I do?
  Simply enter your Aadhaar number and you will be able to login into your Account.

  I was not getting my otp while logging in digilocker. Then I reinstalled the app and again trying to log in. But, now OTP is being sent on an unknown number and it is showing that digilocker is logged in already. What to do now?
