Kindly update your current Mobile no with Aadhaar card at your nearest Aadhaar center, after that complete your eKYC on DigilLocker and then create your ABC ID through DigiLocker.
In case of any issue, you have to raise a ticket on Digilocker Support, our support team will assist you accordingly.

Please Sign Up into the DigiLocker by using Aadhaar and then fetch your ABC ID card on DigiLocker.
