I am trying to retrieve my Class 12 passing certificate from Digilocker and it's showing that "No documents available for the request". How can I get my passing certificate?

  I have recently updated my mobile number in Aadhaar and it has been 5 days now. My Digilocker which is also linked with Aadhaar has another mobile number that I lost.   I was not getting my otp while logging in digilocker. Then I reinstalled the app and again trying to log in. But, now OTP is being sent on an unknown number and it is showing that digilocker is logged in already. What to do now?
