Answered on October 14,2020I tried to book a fancy number via parivahan site but the site showed "session timed out" error after payment but amount was debited. I repeated this once again with same results. Now 6000 was debited from my account but number was not booked. I obtained GRN number from etreasury and applied for a refund. This has to be authorised by the RTO for the amount to be refunded. Could you ease let me know the next procedure ?

Initiate the transfer of ownership process and send documents to RT office.

As the money got deducted it used to be OK after some hours.

Is there any possibility to book the serial number which is not yet come available on the parivahan site?
Fines are exempted till June 30, 2021

Answered on July 05,2021In mParivahan application, my RC showing as Black list status for both my scooter & CAR, but My all documents are correct & no challans issued. Why it was showing like this?. During lockdown period my insurance was expired for both and just lock relaxation done-same day I had renewed it. It's already updated in mParivahan .During that time both vehicles are in the garage not used on road.
