I am not able to issue my domicile certificate and birth certificate in Digilocker. It shows {u’0’: u’ ’} and gateway request timed out. What to do?

  Bangalore University degree unavailable in DigiLocker.I'm 2004 pass out.Bangalore University erroneously stated that they are awarding digital Degree certificates of all students since 1981 in DigiLocker.
