3 . IF THE APPLICANTS BROTHER/SISTER STUDYING THEIR SCHOOL/ COLLEGE CERTIFICATE.

4 . CASTE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY TAHASILDAR

5 .  CASTE CERTIFICATES OF PARENTS

6 . IF PARENTS ARE LITERATES, SCHOOL CERTIFICATES OF THE PARENTS SUCH AS T.C/ CUMULATIVE RECORD

7.  AFFIDAVIT ON RS.20/- BOND PAPER

8 .  PASS PORT SIZE PHOTO-3

9 .  ELECTION VOTERS ID CARD
