How do I cancel a train ticket and get a full refunded amount?

Go to www.irctc.co.in and go to ‘Booked Tickets’ link.
Select the ticket to be canceled by selecting the passengers to be canceled.
This cancellation will be confirmed online and the refund would be credited back to the account used for booking, after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
