To answer this question everyone may feel it's a usual known one, still to clarify. Ticket id is called as PNR, which will be a 10 digit number. You have asked about the status query with Ticket Id that is PNR. You may send an SMS as 'PNR<space>10digit number, then send it to 139.Your status will be replied with SMS
