Anytime you pay taxes with a credit card or debit card it goes through a third-party company, and they all are bad for customer service.

The issues with card processors has been a problem for awhile, and you'll just get told by IRS and TurboTax that it's not their problem. You might try contacting your state attorney general for help with this if your bank cannot help, since you didn't receive the service that you paid for.
